I found some fantastic local spots nearby like La Churrascaria and San Martin that serve mouthwatering dishes. The room had solid hot water pressure and a comfy bed that made my stay cozy.
Now, about the not-so-sweet stuff—the bathroom was a bit cramped and you could hear the hustle-bustle from outside.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
My stay was utterly disappointing. The walls are paper thin, and I could hear everything from neighboring rooms, which made sleeping almost impossible. I had to deal with smoke from other guests seeping into my room. the window didn’t close properly. Plus, the lack of access to the front door during late hours is ridiculous—I had to wake up the sleepy concierge just to step outside for some bottled water!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist with local activity recommendations.
The noise from the street was quite disruptive at night, making it challenging to enjoy a good night's sleep.

missingWrote a review on Nov 04noise disturbances
Walls in the room allow for all sorts of noise—conversations and disturbances from neighboring rooms are easily heard, making sleep challenging. The bathroom felt cramped compared to the overall room size, and the windows didn’t close properly, which let in unwanted smoke from the hallway. Access to the front door requires a concierge to buzz you in or out, which can lead to frustrating waits, especially late at night when the front desk might not have anyone around.

Is it a hit or a miss? here’s my take
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! They assisted me in finding local amenities and stored my luggage for free after checkout, which was a big plus.
Rooms could feel cramped, lacking any significant luxury! Dust and cleanliness could use improvement as well.

We had a great time staying here with friends! The staff was super accommodating, helping us book a day trip to visit a nearby volcano and providing tips for local restaurants. Our room was comfy, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The Wi-Fi was reliable as well, which was a nice bonus for planning our outings.
However, one night we experienced a significant issue with the hot water supply, which was quite inconvenient during our stay.

The friendliness of the staff stood out, especially with their assistance in navigating local supermarkets and arranging affordable transport to nearby attractions. The availability of a well-equipped room with good pressure hot water added comfort to the stay. However, the unexpected billing issues caused significant frustration, and communication challenges arose during the interactions. Additionally, the lack of a solid resolution regarding charges created a less-than-ideal experience.

The room was pretty comfy, really liked the large dresser and chair. Hot water was solid with great pressure, and the beds were super nice. They even had a great TV with Netflix! The location was handy—only ten minutes from Centro. Just a heads-up, the room could feel a bit cramped, but overall, it worked for me!
